Dr. Ghosh is a board-certified pain management specialist committed to improving the quality of life for individuals with chronic pain. Combining compassion with evidence-based techniques, he helps patients find relief and restore function.
Raised in the Washington Heights neighborhood of New York City, Dr. Ghosh earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees in microbiology from Columbia University before completing his Doctor of Medicine at New York Medical College in 1985. He then pursued an internship in internal medicine and a residency in anesthesiology, where his interest in pain management took root.
After five years as an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology, Dr. Ghosh completed fellowship training in pain medicine at The Ohio State University Medical Center. Since relocating to Florida in 1999, he has specialized in pain medicine and holds Diplomate status with both the American Board of Pain Medicine and the American Board of Interventional Pain Physicians (ABIPP). His ABIPP certifications include Interventional Pain Management and Competency Certifications in Controlled Substance Management, Coding, Compliance, Practice Management, and Fluoroscopic Interpretation and Radiological Safety.
Dr. Ghosh joined Trinity Pain Center as Medical Director in January 2023, where he provides comprehensive, patient-centered care. With decades of experience, he is recognized for his individualized, multidisciplinary approach that helps patients achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their daily lives.

Dr. Azhar Pasha has been providing interventional and non-interventional pain management care to patients for more than twenty years. He received his early education at various army cantonments and completed college by the age of seventeen. Inspired by his maternal uncle, an orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Pasha pursued his medical studies at the prestigious King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan—one of Asia’s foremost medical institutions with over 150 years of academic excellence. As a medical student, he thrived in the university’s rigorous and competitive environment.
Following a visit to the United States in 1993, Dr. Pasha decided to continue his medical career in the U.S. After earning his medical degree, he moved to Chicago in 1995 and joined Rush Medical College, where he completed his national medical boards. He then earned a Master’s in Public Health from the University of New Hampshire. In 1999, Dr. Pasha began his anesthesiology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. During his final year of training, he served as Chief Resident and specialized in pain management. After residency, he briefly practiced as an anesthesiologist and pain management physician in Newark, Ohio, before returning to Mississippi in 2004, where he settled in Meridian and served as Chief of Anesthesiology at Riley Memorial Hospital.
Driven by a lifelong passion for innovation in interventional pain management, Dr. Pasha regularly attends national and international conferences and workshops to stay current with the latest techniques and procedures. He is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiology (since 1999), and the International Spinal Intervention Society (since 2003). In his free time, Dr. Pasha enjoys flying as a private pilot, running, and watching movies.

Kevin Bass, PA-C is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University with his Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies in 2014. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of South Florida. He completed his Master of Science in Psychology at the University of Central Florida. As a Physician Assistant, Kevin has worked in the areas of primary care, urgent care, orthopedic surgery, and pain management. Kevin has found that he thrives in the area of pain management, as he enjoys the satisfaction of being able to help people reduce or eliminate their chronic pain so they can spend their time doing the things they enjoy most in life. In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He enjoys traveling, bike riding, and playing guitar.

Christopher Wittmann, PA-C is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. He graduated Cum Laude from the State University of New York Health Sciences Center at Brooklyn in 2003. He completed his preparatory studies for the Physician Assistant program while attending the City University of New York as a Lehman Scholar. He has served on the board of directors of the Alliance for Substance Abuse Prevention of Pasco County. He has practiced orthopedic surgery as well as pain management.
